Terms of Service
These Terms are an agreement between you and ALONO MEDIA, operator of Frameflow (“Frameflow,” “we,” “us”). They govern your use of this website and its AI image and video creation services.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Give accurate account information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may restrict or close accounts where reasonably necessary for abuse, fraud, security, nonpayment, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms.
Credits and subscriptions
Frameflow plans renew monthly until cancelled and add the advertised credits after Stripe confirms each successful payment. Unused credits roll over while your account remains open. You may cancel before the next renewal by contacting support; cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund the current period. Credits are service units, not currency, transferable property, or redeemable for cash. The credit cost is shown before generation and varies by model, output count, quality, and duration. We may change future plan or generation prices with reasonable notice.
Your content and output
“Input” includes prompts, uploads, references, start and end frames, and settings. “Output” is media generated for you. You retain the rights you have in Input. As between you and Frameflow, you may use your Output, including commercially, subject to applicable law and third-party model terms. AI output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction.
You grant Frameflow a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, format, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. Frameflow does not currently use private Input or Output to train its own AI models or advertise Frameflow. Third-party AI providers process the content needed to perform your request under their own terms.
Service changes and availability
Models and features depend on third-party providers and can change, become unavailable, or produce different results. We may add, replace, limit, or remove models and features. Queue and completion estimates are not guarantees. Download and keep copies of anything important.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or output quality. ALONO MEDIA and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid Frameflow in the 12 months before the claim. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
General
You will indemnify ALONO MEDIA for third-party claims resulting from content you submit without necessary rights, unlawful use of Output, or a material violation of these Terms. These Terms are governed by Alabama law, without regard to conflicts rules, except mandatory consumer laws that apply where you live. If part is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. We may update these Terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
Privacy Policy
This section explains the personal information Frameflow collects, why it is needed, where it goes, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account: email address, salted password hash, account identifier, credit balance, and session records. We do not store plaintext passwords.
- Creation content: prompts, reference images, start/end frames, generated images and videos, model settings, status, and timestamps.
- Transactions: credit ledger, selected pack, Stripe checkout and payment references, fulfillment and refund status. Stripe—not Frameflow—collects card details.
- Technical data: IP address available to our server or host, browser request metadata, timestamps, errors, and security or reliability logs.
How and why we use it
We process data to create and secure accounts; provide generations, private media delivery, downloads, deletion, credits, checkout, and support; detect abuse and fraud; diagnose failures; meet legal obligations; and improve reliability and usability. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the bases are performance of our contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with law, and consent where specifically requested.
Service providers and transfers
Necessary data may be processed by fal.ai and its underlying model providers for AI generation, Cloudflare R2 for private production media storage and delivery, Stripe for checkout and payments, and our hosting provider for application infrastructure. These providers may process information in the United States or other countries under their own privacy terms and transfer mechanisms. Do not upload content you are not authorized or willing to send to the selected AI provider.
Cookies and tracking
Frameflow uses an essential, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in and protect account access. It may use browser storage for interface preferences. Frameflow does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics pixels. Because only essential technology is currently used, there is no optional-tracking cookie banner. We will update this policy and provide controls if that changes.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Account records and committed content remain while your account is active or until you delete them. Deleting a creation removes its account record and stored media. Choosing Delete account attempts to remove all stored creations first, then permanently deletes the account and related database records. If stored media cannot be removed, Frameflow leaves the account intact and reports the failure so you can retry. Infrastructure backups and security or transaction records may persist for a limited period or where law, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute handling requires them.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of personal data, and may appeal or complain to a regulator. Frameflow does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Email us from the account address so we can verify the request.
Security, children, and changes
We use access controls, encrypted transport in production, private media access, password hashing, and restricted session cookies. No internet service is completely secure. Frameflow is for adults 18 and older and does not knowingly collect data from children. We may update this Policy; material changes will receive reasonable notice.
Acceptable Use
You may use Frameflow only for lawful, safe-for-work purposes. You must have the rights and consents needed for every prompt, upload, likeness, voice, trademark, and other material you provide.
You may not use Frameflow to create, upload, or distribute child sexual abuse material; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; illegal content; credible threats or instructions for violence; fraud, phishing, malware, or credential theft; deceptive impersonation; unlawful discrimination; targeted political deception; or content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. Do not bypass safety filters, billing, authentication, quotas, signed media access, or technical restrictions, and do not scrape or overload the Service.
Where law or context requires it, disclose that media is AI-generated or manipulated. We may refuse generations, remove content, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, or report apparent illegal activity. Provider safety policies also apply and may be more restrictive.
Refund Policy
Failed or cancelled active generation jobs automatically return the credits charged. Because successful AI generations consume provider compute immediately, a completed generation is generally not refundable solely because its artistic result differs from your expectation.
Contact support within 14 days for duplicate charges, unauthorized purchases, missing credits, or a material service failure. We will investigate and provide a refund where required by law or where we determine one is appropriate. A payment refund may remove the unused credits associated with that purchase. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
Copyright complaints
To report alleged infringement, send your name and contact information, identification of the protected work, the creation or URL at issue, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, a statement that your report is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature. We may restrict content while reviewing a report.

My generation failed. Did I lose credits?
No. Failed jobs and jobs you cancel while active automatically return the charged credits once.
Where are my uploads?
Uploads are separate from the creation gallery and visible only to your signed-in account.
How do I delete everything?
Open your account menu and choose “Delete account and creations.” If media deletion fails, your account remains intact so deletion can be retried safely.
Does Frameflow keep my payment card?
No. Stripe collects and stores card information. Frameflow receives transaction references and fulfillment status.
